I'm Jason B. de Leon, and I run JBDELEONMEDIA, a small multimedia studio in Port Hueneme. Since 2009, I've been glad to help small businesses, real estate agents, community groups and families across Oxnard, Port Hueneme and Ventura County with clear, professional visuals and practical learning. I studied art at CSU Channel Islands (B.A., Digital Art & Time-Based Media) and animation at Moorpark College. I'd be happy to hear about your project.

Services

Real Estate Photography for Agents — I help agents in Oxnard, Port Hueneme and Ventura County present listings with bright, accurate, carefully edited photos, delivered on time. (Ground-level photography only; no drone services are offered at this time.)

Photography — I photograph events, portraits, products and life's milestones, with careful professional editing so the finished images feel natural and true to the moment.

Video & Motion — I shoot, edit and add motion graphics to short videos for businesses, events and community groups, using industry-standard professional software.

Graphic Design & Branding — I design logos, print pieces, social graphics and marketing materials that look consistent and are easy to use.

Websites — I build clean, simple portfolio and small-business websites that are easy to read on any device.

Presentations & Visual Job Aids — I create clear presentations, demonstrations and how-to materials that make complex topics easier to follow.

AI Workshops & One-on-One Instruction — I'd be glad to help professionals, seniors, small organizations and community groups in Ventura County learn practical, responsible AI: everyday productivity, creative uses and safe-use habits, explained in plain language at your pace.

3D Design & Visualization — I create 3D models, renderings and animation for products, concepts and presentations, using professional 3D production tools and AI-assisted workflows where they help.

How I work: I follow a proven, repeatable production process so every project stays clear, organized and on schedule, with a quality check before anything is delivered.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Google Local Guide, Level 10. As a volunteer Local Guide, I share Google and Yelp reviews and photos so neighbors can find good local places and small businesses can be discovered. I have made roughly 30-40k submissions, and my contributions have received over 330 million views on Google Maps, and I'm grateful for every one. I'm also thankful to support faith and community charities through workplace giving. God Bless You.
